Sanilac District Library offers a selection of large print books which is supplemented with a rotating collection from the St. Clair County Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped.

Interlibrary Loan

SDL's Interlibrary Loan Program allows patrons who live in our library district to borrow books from other libraries free of charge. If possible, note the Title, Author and ISBN number of the material you want. Every effort will be made to borrow the audio book, book in print, CD, or movie from another library. Only items NOT owned by our library may be borrowed. You must be a resident of our library district and a patron in good standing.


You may also initiate a loan request yourself by using MelCat.  (How to use MelCat).  Sanilac District Library follows the policies and rules established by MelCat.
