The Bark Shanty Times and Port Sanilac Times were transcribed from a mimeographed copy of Oliver Raymond's hand written original given to Sanilac District Library by the family of Oliver Raymond.. Spelling,  grammar, and punctuation are original to the document. Nothing has been altered to make its presentation or content more palatable by today’s standards.
