SDL’s domain address remains the same. But the format is new. SDL is now using Streamline as our website platform. The Department of Justice requires government entities to update their websites to be in ADA compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. WCAG is the international standard for digital accessibility for websites and apps primarily addressing mobile accessibility, low vision and cognitive disabilities. The first time you try to access the site, you may get a 404 error message saying “page not found” because your device is still trying to access SDL’s former site. Try these fixes:
· Desktop or laptop: delete browsing data and cached images and files.
· Google Chrome:
1. Click the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner.
2. Click Privacy and Security on the left menu.
3. Select Delete Browsing Data.
4. Check Cached Images and Files, select time range (for all time)
· Microsoft Edge:
1. Click the 3 horizontal dots … in the upper right corner.
2. Click Settings
3. Click Privacy, search and services on the left menu
4. Click Clear browsing data
5. Choose what to clear: cookies, cached images and time range
· iPhone: for Safari, go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. For third-party apps, either offload them in Settings > General > iPhone Storage or clear data directly from the app’s settings.
· Android phone: go to Settings > Apps, select the specific application to clear and tap Storage (or Storage & Cache. The select Clear Cache.
