Apply for a Digital Services Card by emailing the following information to: sanilacdistrictlibrary@yahoo.com

• Your name as listed on your driver's license. Please include your first, middle and last name.
• Your driver's license (or MI ID) number. Please attach a picture of your driver's license. 
• Your address as listed on your driver's license. 
• Your township.
• Your phone number.
• Your email address. 
• Library staff will email your SDL Digital Services Card number, PIN and instructions to access your Libby by OverDrive account.

SDL’s Digital Services Card is only available to residents of SDL’s service area: CPS School District, Sanilac Township and Forester Township.  

 

The Digital Services Card is limited exclusively to virtual services. Physical library materials may not be borrowed using a Digital Services Card.
